1、 Overview
The XTPF-10/16W pneumatic corrosion-resistant bellows sealed single seat regulating valve is composed of a pneumatic multi spring thin film actuator and a corrosion-resistant bellows sealed single seat valve component. The inner wall of its valve body, valve core, valve stem and other valve internal components are lined with a layer of corrosion-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene plastic (F46) using high-pressure injection molding technology; A specialized bellows sealing component composed of polytetrafluoroethylene bellows, valve stem, sleeve, etc. is used to seal the medium inside the valve body and bellows assembly, separated from the packing box; In case the corrugated tube ruptures, there is still a filling material as the second sealing layer: therefore, it is a dual corrosion sealing structure to ensure that the medium does not leak outward. The characteristics of this product are:
1. Corrosion resistant corrugated pipe sealed single seat regulating valve, with less leakage when closed, but greater imbalance, suitable for situations with small pressure difference and strict leakage requirements.
Due to the fact that both the corrugated tube and the injection molded lining are made of plastic, the medium pressure and working temperature are limited.
3. The bellows sealing component has an anti rotation structure to prevent twisting and damaging the PTFE bellows components, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Based on the above characteristics, this product is particularly suitable for controlling strong corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, citric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, and caustic soda It can also control toxic, harmful, valuable, volatile, and permeable media.
